Bolt-plug is a jumper element connecting transformer with rail on track sections with electric traction of alterating current.
It is designed for producing choke jumpers and switch connectors. Bolt-plug can be produced with an opening for steel cable of 11,5; 12,00; 14,5 mm diameter and with out any opening on customer demand.
The surface of the bolt-plug is zinc plated to provide for reliable contact with rail and to avoid corrosion in the process of use.
The opening for steel cable has cone-like shape for fastening it with wedges prior to welding it to the head of the bolt-plug and for creation of reliable contact.
