Certificate of conformity No. UA1.097.0067120-07 of 28.05.2007

It is intended for locking of doors hatches of cars and containers. It is applied to overlaying on:

• additional devices for sealing of the loaded covered cars;
• the basic devices for sealing of the loaded covered cars-hoppers by transportation cargoes which are transported without locking and sealing device, but with obligatory overlaying of twistings (item 4 of Rules of sealing of cars and containers);
• the basic devices for sealing of empty cars which are transported behind transit transportable documents and in other cases stipulated by Rules of sealing of cars and containers.

Places and ways of overlaying of twistings, determined in the Instruction about the order of application of cable and wire gags on the cars and containers which is authorized by Ukrzaliznytsya 14.01.2004.

Removal of the twisting from the car or the container is carried out by cutting of a cable with the help of scissors.

The twisting consists of the case 1, a cable 2 and the mechanism of fixing which is located in the case (figure 1).

For covered cars the twisting with a cable of 500 mm length is applied, for containers - 250 mm length.

The cable twisting has essential advantages before wire. It is imposed without application of any tools, time of overlaying decreases in 10 times and does not exceed 10 seconds, work of workers who mount the curlings is facilitated. The weight of the curling does not exceed 0,1 kg; the curling maintains explosive effort from above 18 kN (1800 kg).

The twisting has sustained fire and technical expert appraisal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, mechanical and climatic tests in the specialized accredited laboratories.

Application of the cable twisting such as "TEMP" instead of wire is authorized by Order of Ukrzaliznytsya № ЦЗМ-10/1928 from 01.12.2003.
